As it mentioned in chapter 64 UU 13/2003 saying that a company can entrust some its tasks to other company through wholesaling tasks agreement or worker’s company supplier/labor in a written.
At chapter 66 UU 13/2003 mentioned that worker/labor as it for company’s worker/labor supplier, can not be used by user to do main tasks or the job which is directly to production process, except for supporting service tasks or any duties as long as not related to production process.

Manpower supplies system & recruitment expenses

01.

Recruitment employees for permanent status

At this matter where the employees will be recruited as permanent staff for the user company and will be responsible directly to the user company. Therefore, recruitment expenses will be charged 1 (one) month salary without any limited based on how much has the staff get and must be paid by the user company.

Recruitment employees for contract status

At this matter where the employees are recruited by the man power provider, PT. Wira Multi Perkasa start from the salary until labor insurance ( BPJS ) for the employees, THR and recruitment expenses, will be hold by the user company.

Recruitment employees from contract to permanent status

At this matter where employees in contract status under PT. Wira Multi Perkasa which is transferred into permanent status will be directly becoming company user responsibility. Therefore, the recruitment expenses will be charged 1 (one) month salary without any limited based on how much has the staff get and must be paid by the user company.

Recruitment employees in wholesale status

At this matter PT. Wira Multi Perkasa acts as man power contractor such as for cleaning division, maintenance, etc which is temporary. The expenses that will be charged will be counted based on work volume.
Administrative expenses has already included together with Job Contract at local City Labor Department Office, except employees with wholesale status.
If the employees up to 100 (hundred) therefore PT. Wira Multi Perkasa provide 1 (one) administrative staff to check the employees’ attendance as well as problems that occurred with the employees.
